ASSISTANCE WITH ONLINE RENEWALS
A few members have reported that the sms with the 7-digit code is not received when accessing the online renewal system. When this happens, click on the text in blue at the bottom of the window: “I did not receive the sms, what should I do?“. You will be redirected to the email option wherein you enter your email address (this must obviously be the one which is in our records) and your membership number. You will then receive an email with a link. Just click on it and it will open a new browser window with your account details for 2019 and 2020.
