AMACS 34th AGM – NOTICE & RELATED DOCUMENTS

The Association’s 34th Annual General Meeting shall be held on Saturday 1st June at 13:30h. Members are urged to attend this important yearly event, which will be held at the new Lawrence Darmanin airgun range at our Tigne’ Point Clock Tower Block premises.

 

SCHEDULE

Today Saturday 11th May members attended an EGM and appointed Mr Michael Sammut and Mr Anthony Tonna to act as tellers for the 2018 accounts. Also today, the Notice of the AGM is being circulated to all members via email along with the details of who may contest the elections for president and the committee officials.

Saturday 18th May is the deadline for the receipt of proposals to amend the Statute and the request for adding a specific topic to the Agenda.

Wednesday 22nd May is the deadline for the receipt of nominations for the elections.

On Saturday 25th May we shall circulate the Agenda, the list of nominees and the voting document.

Finally, on Saturday 1st June we shall be meeting for the AGM.
